Do you know who stopped to get bail to Mr.dk shivakumar?
Everyone is aware of the incident in which IT officials raided Former minister D.K.Sivakumar's residence in Delhi and arrested the Directorate of Enforcement on September 3. But most people do not know who argued against them and did not get bail. They are KM Nataraj, a lawyer from Puttur, Karnataka.
KM Nataraj has been appointed as the Additional Solicitor General for the cases of the Directorate of Enforcement (ED) and Central Investigation Force (CBI). The Congress leader Abhishek Manu Singhvi, failed to grant bail to DK Shivakumar as he was arguing on his behalf.
KM Nataraj has experience in litigation, including petty and church attacks. He also had experience as a special prosecutor in the High Court during the BJP government in 2008.
In 2014, the N.D.A. When the government came into existence, the Additional Solicitor General of South India held the post of Supreme Court. The NDA was arguing with the government on any cases relating to the states of South Karnataka (including Karnataka, Telangana, Andhra Pradesh, Tamil Nadu, Puducherry and Kerala).
By Appreciating KM Nataraj performance, our Prime Minister Mr.Narendra Modi appointed him to the post of Solicitor General of the Supreme Court for India during the NDA-2 government.
