The largest Ladakhi dance called Shondol dance which is also called royal dance of ladhak has created history by entering in to guinness record.
This shondol dance was used to perform for the king of ladhak.This event was held on Buddhist carnival Naropa Festival near Hemis Monastery In Ladhak. The Shondol Festival got Guinness record by performing 408 women in the dance.
