Bittergourd juice: For glowing skin and to increase metabolism
As bittergourd contains so much of vitamins and minerals like vitamin A, B1, C etc which will help to glow our skin and bittergourd contains antioxidants which will help to increase metabolism, so it will help to reduce weight.
Ingredients:
- 1 bittergourd
- 1 apple
- 1/2 lemon
- Salt to taste
- 1/2 tsp Ginger
- 1 to 2 chilli
So let's start How to prepare
- Cut bittergurd into small pieces and mix with salt keep a side for 10 mins.
- Next put mixed bittergourd into mixing jar to make paste.
- Then cut apple and put it into mixed jar.
- Then put chilli, water, ginger and grind it well.
- Once it mixed well strain in bowl, lastly add lemon to that and drink fresh juice for more benefit.
