- 1 cup of oats.
- 1/2 cup curd.
- 1/2 cup chopped onion.
- 1/2 cup grated carrot.
- 1/2 cup grated beetroot.
- 2 to 3 chopped chillies.
- Salt to taste.
- Water for mixing.
How to prepare :
- First dry fry oats until it will get brown color.
- Next make powder of dried oats.
- Now you mix all ingredients in the oats powder.
- Once all the ingredients mixed thoroughly than mix battle with water as required.
- Now battle is ready, put on dosa tava to get ready for dosa.
