Gobi, corn flour, maida, chilli powder, salt, onion, green chilli, oil, mint,garlic, ginger, capsicum, tomoto sause, chilli sauce, soya sauce. 

How to prepare:

  1. Gobi cut and put it in hot water for 3_4 mints.
  2. In a vessel put 1cup of corn flour and 1/2 cup maida, Red chilli powder, salt and red food color.
  3. In pan put oil for deep fry and fry the mixed gobi and keep it aside.
  4. In other pan put bit oil, add onion and green chill Fry for 2 mints, add capsicums and fry.
  5. In a other vessel add salt, chilly sauce, tomato sauce, soya sauce and veniger.
  6. Add two glass of water to bowl and put all the mixture in pan and get it for boil.
  7. Add fried gobi and mix well Severe it hot with coriander leaf's.
