Hotel style Gobi Manchurian at home
Gobi, corn flour, maida, chilli powder, salt, onion, green chilli, oil, mint,garlic, ginger, capsicum, tomoto sause, chilli sauce, soya sauce.
How to prepare:
- Gobi cut and put it in hot water for 3_4 mints.
- In a vessel put 1cup of corn flour and 1/2 cup maida, Red chilli powder, salt and red food color.
- In pan put oil for deep fry and fry the mixed gobi and keep it aside.
- In other pan put bit oil, add onion and green chill Fry for 2 mints, add capsicums and fry.
- In a other vessel add salt, chilly sauce, tomato sauce, soya sauce and veniger.
- Add two glass of water to bowl and put all the mixture in pan and get it for boil.
- Add fried gobi and mix well Severe it hot with coriander leaf's.
