Finger Millet Rotti Recipe
As finger Millet contain protein, carbohydrates and rich in fiber anybody can eat this finger millet(ragi) roti.
- 2 cup finger millet(ragi) flour,
- 1/2 cup grated coconut,
- 1/2 cup grated carrot,
- 1/2 cup grated beetroot,
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1 tsp chopped coriander leaves,
- 1 tsp chopped chilli,
- Salt to taste,
- Water to mix.
How to prepare:
- In a bowl mix all ingredients one by one.
- Add little , little water and make it to roti Dough.
- Make roti and fry it on tawa.
Now here is the hot and Healthy and tasty finget millet (raagi) rotti ready to eat.
