As finger Millet contain protein, carbohydrates and rich in fiber anybody can eat this finger millet(ragi) roti.


  • 2 cup finger millet(ragi) flour, 
  • 1/2 cup grated coconut,
  •  1/2 cup grated carrot,
  • 1/2 cup grated beetroot,
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion 
  • 1 tsp chopped coriander leaves,
  • 1 tsp chopped chilli, 
  • Salt to taste,
  • Water to mix. 

How to prepare:

  1. In a bowl mix all ingredients one by one.
  2. Add little , little water and make it to roti Dough.
  3. Make roti and fry it on tawa.

Now here is the hot and Healthy and tasty finget millet (raagi) rotti ready to eat.
